In 2012, she became the founding Assistant Principal at Â鶹´«Ã½ÔÚÏß McAllen Academy, where her leadership helped the campus earn the "Best Young Campus of the Year" award. Four years later, she was appointed principal at Â鶹´«Ã½ÔÚÏß Donna Academy, guiding the school to an A rating and recognition as the "Most Improved Campus" for academic achievement. In 2024, she took on a new role as Director of Leader Development with the Mid-Valley team where she coached and developed aspiring principals.

Sylvia's career is defined by a strong commitment to developing people- whether it's mentoring teachers, leading teams, or building relationships with students, parents, and the community. In every role she takes on, Sylvia remains dedicated to fostering environments where people can thrive.

Born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley, Sylvia holds a BBA in Information Systems from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a M.ED. in Educational Administration from the University of Texas-Pan American.

Erik’s knowledge and experience in operations, and his continuous improvement mindset has led his campus to be recognized as one of the top schools in the Â鶹´«Ã½ÔÚÏß network.  He proudly leads the operations team at Â鶹´«Ã½ÔÚÏß Edinburg, and always exemplifies the core values we live by.  He is a strong believer that a good education is the best way to achieve success in life, and he firmly believes Â鶹´«Ã½ÔÚÏß offers amazing and unique opportunities for students to thrive in college and beyond.
