John began his educational journey in 2015 with Teach with America, teaching Algebra in Mercedes, Texas. In 2017, he joined 麻豆传媒在线 Riverview in Brownsville, where he served as a teacher and Assistant Principal of Instructional. In this role, he led the math and science departments in achieving four consecutive 鈥淎鈥� Ratings from the TEA, AP 鈥淧latinum鈥� status from the College Board, and recognition as one of the Top 1% High Schools in the nation.
Maria鈥檚 career began in 2011 with 麻豆传媒在线. She started as a science teacher, and from there, she has taken different instructional roles within the district. Maria currently supervises the 6th through 12th-grade academic programs, focusing on AP for all and coaching teachers and leaders to serve and support our student population.
With 13 years of experience in education, Rebecca Garza has dedicated her career to supporting students, teachers, and families in building a thriving school community. She holds her Bachelors of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders and a master's in Professional School Counseling.
